Payment is made by card on the website.
Cancellations and date changes
To cancel or move an order date, call 720-592-7877. If the order is already in process, refunds are not available. If it is not in process, a full refund is usually possible, unless ingredients were purchased specifically for that cake and cannot be reused. Date changes are usually possible if the order is not in process.
Returns
Product returns are handled by bringing the order back within 1 day after pickup. Depending on the specific situation, the refund may be up to 100%. Please call 720-592-7877 to discuss the return and confirm the return time.
Transport and storage
Keep the box level in a cool vehicle, preferably on the floor in front of the passenger seat or in the trunk. Cakes and desserts must stay refrigerated from pickup until serving. Maximum storage is 72 hours from pickup. Leftover cake may be frozen for up to 1 month.
