Good to Know Before You Order
Answers about ordering, payment, custom cakes, pickup, delivery, transportation and storage.
How far in advance should I order?
Standard cakes require at least 3 days notice. Custom cakes require at least 1 week.
How are cakes priced?
Standard height cakes are 6 inch for $60, 8 inch for $100 and 10 inch for $150. Tall cakes are 6 inch for $90, 8 inch for $150 and 10 inch for $225. Standard height is 4-5 inches; tall height is 6-8 inches.
Can I customize a standard cake?
Standard cakes come with a set recipe and standard appearance. For personalized decoration, submit a custom cake request.
Where is pickup?
Pickup is from 10 am to 2 pm at 22891 E Stanford Lane, Aurora, CO 80015. Please call 720-592-7877 when arriving.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is $2 per mile up to an hour one way from South Aurora.
How do I pay?
Payment is made by card on the website.
How do cancellations, returns and date changes work?
To cancel or move a date, call 720-592-7877. If an order is already in process, refunds are not available. If it is not in process, a full refund is usually possible unless special ingredients were purchased for that cake and cannot be reused. Product returns must be brought back within 1 day after pickup; depending on the situation, the refund may be up to 100%.
