Pickup, transport & storage
- Keep the cake or dessert refrigerated from pickup until serving, for no more than 72 hours from pickup.
- Transport the box on a flat surface in a cool car, preferably on the floor in front of the passenger seat or in the trunk.
- Do not place the box on a seat or on your lap, and do not leave it in a warm place.
- Leftover slices can be placed in zip-top bags and frozen for up to 1 month.
